Broadoak Financial Planning has an exciting opportunity to join our Wealth Management business based in South Manchester. Broadoak is committed to providing exceptional financial advice and wealth management services to a diverse client base. We are a dedicated and professional team that is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals.

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive IFA Administrator to support the Financial Planning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks, enabling the advisors to focus on client engagement and strategy.


Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Work Location: In person in Sale, M33 3HP working in the office required


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to IFAs.

  • Manage client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Coordinate client meetings and prepare necessary materials.

  • Maintain and update client records and databases.

  • Liaise with clients and providers to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery.


Experience / Qualifications


  • Previous experience in a financial services administration or similar role is preferred.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of financial products and services is an advantage.
