Here’s an opportunity to join one of the North West’s leading Financial Planning firms.

Smart Financial Planning is a highly regarded Lifestyle Financial Planning firm, led by the former Chairman of the Institute of Financial Planning in the Northwest, director and founder of the FP Training Academy, director and founder of the Change the Future Programme TM Steve Martin CFP. We are setting new standards of client care, with an insistence upon maintaining our position as a leading Financial Planning Firm in the region. We are looking for an administrator/paraplanner with similar aspirations.

Our clients are successful, high net-worth individuals with complex affairs. They expect a service that is exemplary in every respect. Whether it be on the phone, in writing or face-to-face, you will naturally interact with our clients in a highly courteous, efficient and friendly way. You will respond briskly to technical queries and always aim to exceed expectations. Importantly, our clients value our attention to detail and our accuracy. You will be pleased to hear that we are meticulous in all we do as this is something you are passionate about too.

You will already have financial planning administration knowledge; more importantly you will have an appetite to learn more and to develop further. You will almost certainly be operating at a high level of competence, be a fast learner and have the confidence to try new things. (If you have the hunger, we want to help you develop your skills.) You will be a good typist and have good IT skills (word, excel, outlook, power point,) as our business utilises a wide range of computer-based support. Experience with Intelligent Office is essential and Voyant preferable as these are the two key tools used in the business.

It is important that you are technically minded with good level of numeracy skills.

  • Experience of Intelligent Office

You will largely be home based, although you will need to attend meetings and work from our head office location in Altrincham when required.
