Andrew Swan is Partner and Head of regulation and financial crime for Short Richardson & Forth LLP – a fantastic law firm based in Newcastle upon Tyne. He deals specifically with the Regulator, in legal cases against the FCA so we thought he would make a very enjoyable guest on our podcast! He has had an interesting route since graduating from Northumbria Uni in 2000 and spends a lot of his time representing clients in respect of data protection breaches. We grabbed him for a quick chat on his history and some advice for our wonderful listeners.
