He has created and delivered consulting solutions to over 100 firms, continuing to advise the boards of many of those firms today. He has also taken the lead on over 230 M&A transactions, ranging in size from the purchase of modest practices as the owners retire, to complex private equity funded arrangements. Today, he helps owners make critical decisions about when to retire, how to build value into their practices and Kingmakers undertakes a broad range of projects to help firms scale up and ultimately exit.
